Presence, Living In The NOW

.living in NOW..yesterday and tomorrow are nothing..don’t exist. The trick is keeping the heart and head in the present.. making it count.
we have choices to make, a universe to create in THIS moment, the one that exists..
We truly only have the moment that we are in at this second. This is the one that rules, the one that matters, what we say, think, do… all counts right now, the past is gone, tomorrow is an illusion till you are in tomorrow.. make a choice to be present NOW…

Peace~ A State of Being

peace isn’t just a state of mind or heart..it is a state of being, a place where your spirit can reach God, meditate on your place with him, within the Universe. But to find that true peace you have to be balanced with all that is. Sit, Place your feet firmly on the ground, align your spine, hands pressed on your thighs and become one with all that surrounds you.

Shifting Process In Thought

Loving Purely

When you love, love purely, when you give yourself to another do it completely. Always being respectful, honourable and loyal. IF you’ve gotten a gem, polish it, shine with it, wear it proudly… for that gem is returning what you are giving… You have a chance to shine from the inside out proving who you are by how you show all the aspects of pure love,,what comes around goes around, keep the cup full.

Ask..Believe..Receive ~ Release

Believe…surrender… receive…… our universe is what we perceive it to be, from the deepest part of us.

If someone bad/negative has come into your life, you have attracted them for a reason, you have a lesson to learn to benefit your life in some way (if youre faithful on your positive thoughts), go with it, experience what you must and learn your lesson. If your aren’t in a positive area and brought someone in, you have to make the choice to change what you’re putting out and release the someone maintaining the lesson.

today I rise and I choose to surround myself with goodness..today I choose to live in joy..today I choose to live in health, all that is in me and around me is from me so I choose to live in health, wealth, abundance and joy.

everyday is a new day, the choice to wake up and say, I am going to walk today in joy, anything and everything that happens in my universe, I brought into it..I choose to bring nothing but good and happiness into my universe today..I will walk in healith… be happy..life is short we are here but a moment, a small atom that comes and then goes..

Why do we allow stress and strife into our existence? Why do we allow ourselves to be ill ? Happiness and health is ours if we choose it. It IS a choice. We take the atoms around us and make them into what we think they should be, whether that be bad or good.. why not make them good ones??!!! Change your mind by changing your heart..

‎.focus your mind on what you want most, be sure of what it is you want, then..live it, breathe it, push it positively forward into your existence, the universe is of your making..make it beautiful…. live in health, wealth, abundance and joy, loved and loving.

Process~Steps After Choice

Process… once you have made a choice, step into it. Take the first step and the 2nd, the 3rd..you have made your choice, now live it, move with it. Nothing will happen with out the steps that must follow. If all fails, and you have not tried, moved from one step to the next, then you only made a choice in thought, “choice” thought with out action, moving is nothing..we all can think or say..but DOing makes it happen.

Once you have made a choice on something, that is what your mind is putting out. Your thoughts control your actions, but some can have a ‘thought’ and be stuck in nonmovement making your ‘thought’ just that, a thought. You aren’t going anywhere with out taking the steps necessary to get there. There are times at which just having positive thoughts are a benefit to you, but if your thought is a choice, a decision you are making for your life..where you are going, what you are doing, who you are with, what you believe you are capable of..then you have to take steps forward.

Honesty

What is honesty? Anything that isn’t dishonest. You can rationalize anything in your head to make it honest, but that doesn’t make it so in the end. Character is everything. What you say, how you act..how you treat some one else, especially a spouse..speaks of who you are inside… who do you choose to be today?
