Balance~A Need

Everyday is a day that our souls struggle to find balance, because without that balance reaching our higher consciousness is impossible. We put limitations on ourselves which swings the pendulum heavy to one side..we must ground, we must release the negative thoughts and speech that send us reeling in that constant state of unbalance. Think, speak, breathe peace and love..

A Lie IS A Lie Is A Lie

A lie is a lie no matter what you try to rationalize it as.
Once you start lying you have to lie to cover the lie and it never stops…
The worst is that once you let yourself start, it is hard to stop. You find yourself lying about the smallest of matters, the stupidest of things. And as you are lying it is changing your heart. Your mind. You, after a while will not be able to tell the truth from the lie. You affect the people closest to you with lies, you lose trust and respect. You hurt them. And why? If you are doing some thing that you feel you need to lie about, then you are doing wrong and need to change what you are doing… we should all be doing the right thing by those we love…
If you are just spouting lies about little stupid things, creating a bad habit with in yourself, losing trust, ask yourself why, and is it worth it. Does some one close to you hear you spout little lies, and ask if you do the same to them, and wonder… does some one wonder why you do it because it was such a stupid lie? It makes them question your trustworthiness? There is something inside you causing you to be dishonest. You are finding reasons, rationalizing dishonesty. There is no reason. First of all, you should be doing nothing to be dishonest about, if you are a mate and honorable, a grown child and respectful of your parent or whatever. Second of all, if you are finding reason then you need to look with in yourself and check your heart.
You are spirit, you are a part of some thing so big and amazing… you CAN be at your best, you CAN be loving, respectful, honorable and trustworthy….
You can mind release any emotion or belief that is causing you to be dishonest, as well as EFT it.

You don’t want dishonesty in your life… lies cause lies, cause lies, cause pain, cause separation, cause loss….

Dealing With Some One Negative

Even though you may be in a good place putting out positive energy flow. doing the right thing, loving, being kind… some people that walk by, find them self in your life for what ever reason, may not be in a good place with you.

You can’t let that affect you… that is their spirit, their problem, not yours, as long as you know you are doing all you should, you are releasing all negative blocks from your life and taking positive steps forward, a person who is just a nasty person, will be a nasty person… all you can do is pray for them, maybe tap for them…. but don’t let them affect you, smile and turn your face the other way.

If lets say, it is a family member and you have to see them on a regular basis and it starts to affect you, release it…do your mind release, EFT…. get rid of the negative feelings and thoughts that its starting to cause within you..

Some one else’s nastiness is not worth you finding yourself falling backwards on your journey….
